How does 24-hour delivery work?

In practice, the process is simple and has three steps. First, choose the meals in the online store, individually, or in packs. Then, indicate the delivery date that suits you best. Finally, you will receive everything in 24 business hours, without having to be tied to a narrow time slot.

Does delivery reach all of mainland Portugal?

Yes. In fact, Eat Fit delivers to all of mainland Portugal—from Braga to Faro, from the coast to the interior. In other words, whether you are in a big city or a smaller town, you will receive it within the same 24-business-hour window.

However, there is one important point to keep in mind: delivery only covers the mainland. For now, therefore, there are no shipments to the Azores or Madeira. Even so, within the mainland, distance doesn't change a thing: thanks to the Frozen Box, the meal arrives in the same condition in Lisbon, Porto, or an inland village.

What time will I receive it? Delivery methods

After receiving it, place everything in the freezer, where the meals last up to 6 months. This way, you order once and have good food at home for weeks.
