Right of Free Withdrawal

For online purchases, the law gives you the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days, without having to give any reason. This is called the right of free withdrawal. Here we explain when it applies to your purchases at Eat Fit and how you can exercise it.

Our meals are frozen food products. From the moment you receive them, we can no longer guarantee their preservation. Therefore, under point d) of paragraph 1 of Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, they are not subject to the right of free withdrawal.

This does not affect your rights if something goes wrong. If a meal arrives damaged, defrosted, or different from what you ordered, we will always resolve it. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Pantry Products: applies

Canned goods, snacks, and drinks can be returned within 14 days from the day after delivery, provided they are sealed and in their original packaging. Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned, for health and hygiene reasons.

How to exercise this right:

You have three ways:

  1. Use the Withdrawal from contract button in your account or at the bottom of the website.
  2. Send us the form below to geral@eatfit.pt.
  3. Send us any clear statement, by email, saying that you want to withdraw from the purchase.

Your communication simply needs to be sent before the 14 days are up. If you use the button or email, we will confirm receipt by email.

Return of products

After communicating your decision, you have 14 days to send us the products to:

Return costs are your responsibility.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days from your communication, via IBAN. Send us proof of IBAN by email. We will wait for the receipt and verification of the products before issuing the refund.

Orders with meals and Pantry products

In an order with both types of products, the right of free withdrawal only applies to the Pantry products.
