How does Eat Fit work?

At Eat Fit, we deliver healthy ready-to-eat meals, validated by nutritionists and cooked by chefs. Order online, receive them within 24 hours in Mainland Portugal, and heat them in the microwave in minutes. The meals are frozen to preserve nutrients, contain no preservatives, and last up to 6 months. It's not a diet. It's a framework for eating well every day.

Do meals help you lose weight?

Eat Fit meals can be part of a balanced diet and help you better organise your daily meals. However, weight loss depends on several factors, including individual needs, overall diet and lifestyle. Eat Fit is not a diet, but a practical way to eat better more consistently.

Are the meals healthy? Who prepares them?

Eat Fit meals are developed with a focus on nutritional balance, using selected ingredients and combinations designed for everyday life. They are validated by nutritionists and prepared by chefs, to combine nutrition, convenience, and flavour.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

They are frozen after cooking, which preserves the nutrients instead of stripping them away. Quick freezing "locks in" the dish at its peak, gives you up to 6 months of shelf life, and eliminates waste. Eat it whenever you fancy, without the pressure of "it has to be by Thursday". Frozen doesn't mean inferior. Here, it's quite the opposite!

Do the meals contain preservatives or additives?

No. They contain no preservatives, colourings or artificial additives. Freezing is our method of preservation, and it is the most natural one available. That is precisely why we freeze: to cook real food with real ingredients, without needing chemicals to extend its shelf life.

Orders and deliveries

How do I place the first order?

It's simple: choose your preferred meals, add them to the cart, enter your delivery details and complete the payment. After that, we'll take care of preparing and delivering your order.

Where do you deliver and how long does it take?

We deliver throughout mainland Portugal within 24 business hours. The meals travel in a thermal box that keeps frozen throughout the journey, even in Summer and even if you are not at home, you can ask to leave it with a neighbour or at reception. Minimum order €25.

What are the delivery methods and how much do they cost?

We deliver meals in suitable conditions to maintain the cold chain during transport. The delivery method and its cost are presented at checkout according to the order address.

Note: if you have fixed rates, I will insert them only after you have confirmed them.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can view the available payment methods directly at checkout before completing your order.

This way, I won't have to list MB Way / Multibanco / card, etc., until we check which ones are actually active on Shopify.

Preparation and preservation

Do I need to cook something? How do I heat it up?

You don't have to cook anything. The tray goes straight from the freezer to the microwave, without transferring the food to another plate. It's ready in just a few minutes. That's the goal: to take away all the work and leave only the good part.

How long do meals last in the freezer?

Eat Fit meals are delivered frozen and can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months, provided they are kept properly frozen and the date indicated on the packaging is respected.

Are the packages recyclable? What is the Frozen Box?

Meals are packaged to ensure they are preserved during transport. The Frozen Box was developed to help keep products frozen until delivery.
